    How is this workout? I’m on day 25 of my P90X workout! I’m doing X Stretch today(so it will be an easy day). I think I’ll be doing this workout next week.

    I love it. It’s not as hard for me as when I do the chest workouts…just so many push-ups. You want to make sure to have barbells or resitance bands for it.
