Treadmill run today. Felt great but I prefer to run outside. This was day 1 of an 8 week training program for a half-marathon. Off to a great start!!!

So I added a countdown clock for the Arizona Rock n’ Roll Half Marathon on January 18. I plan to start a 8 week training program tomorrow. Birdie and I will be doing this together and I am really looking forward to it.
We have not actually signed up for the race due to financial concerns, but I am 75% sure it will happen. Either way we could both get oursevles in better overall shape.
It all starts tomorrow!!!

I didn’t feel like I had the extra kick at the end of this run so the time was a little slower, but still great to get outside and get the run in. Can’t wait to start official “training” next week….
