Ran outside today in the sunshine. It was cold, probably around 35 degrees or so, but man I felt great. Best I have felt running in a long time. I question the GMAP website a little with the disatance, but I’ll take the time.

Treadmill run today.  Felt great but I prefer to run outside.  This was day 1 of an 8 week training program for a half-marathon.  Off to a great start!!!

The clock is on


So I added a countdown clock for the Arizona Rock n’ Roll Half Marathon on January 18. I plan to start a 8 week training program tomorrow. Birdie and I will be doing this together and I am really looking forward to it.

We have not actually signed up for the race due to financial concerns, but I am 75% sure it will happen. Either way we could both get oursevles in better overall shape.

It all starts tomorrow!!!
